Below you will find a structured guide outlining my commission offerings, base pricing, and available add-ons.All Prices are listed are in USD (United States Dollars). Payment is accepted via PayPal Invoice only.All prices include a Monetized-Content Use License, covering posting on monetized platforms, branding, and promotion.Commercial resale, merchandise, and product use require a separate Commercial / Resale License.

Terms of Service

I. General Commission Guidelines
▹ The Artist reserves the right to decline any commission request without obligation to provide a reason.
▹ Clients must provide clear, high-quality references. Minor stylistic or color adjustments may be made to ensure visual cohesion unless strict adherence is explicitly requested.
▹ All commissions are digital-only. No physical items are provided.
▹ The Artist is not responsible for lost or corrupted files after delivery. Clients are responsible for backing up their files.
II. Content Guidelines
▹ Style: Stylized anime-manga. Possible semi-realism.
▹ Can Draw: Humanoid designs primarily. Anthropomorphic, Heavy mecha, or Pokemon designs depend on the reference.
Anything not listed here should be discussed beforehand.
III. Workflow, Revisions, and Delivery
▹Communication will occur via the originally agreed platform (Discord, VGen, Email).
▹ Clients are expected to respond in a timely manner during review stages.
The commission process includes three review stages: sketch approval, color approval, and final approval.
Sketch Approval: One rough sketch is provided. Major changes to composition/details are allowed at this stage only. Additional major changes after approval may incur extra fees.
Color Approval: A flat-color preview of the lineart is provided. Up to three minor adjustments to details are allowed. Additional or major changes may incur extra fees.
Final Approval: The finished artwork preview is provided. If any small details were missed, a small adjustment may allowed.
▹ Estimated completion time varies by commission type: B/W sketches: 1-2 weeks; Rendered illustrations and designs: 3-4 weeks; Poster spotlight: 4-8 weeks. Maximum wait time may be up to 3 months depending on queue and complexity.
▹ Client has the right to a refund if the Artist does not finish within the deadline that is both established by the artist and agreed by the Client.
▹ Artist has the right to cancel at any time if the artist is incapable of finishing the artwork due to external reasons and Client will get a refund.
▹ Rush deadlines may be accepted at the Artist’s discretion and may incur a 25–50% rush fee.
IV. Pricing, Payment, and Refunds
▹ Prices are listed in £ (or another agreed-upon currency).
▹ A price quote will be provided upon acceptance of the commission request.
▹ Standard payment structure: 60% upfront before work begins, 40% upon completion. Full payment must be received before file delivery. 100% upfront payment is optional.
Refund Policy
▹ Before work begins (no sketch drafted): 100% refund
▹ After sketch delivery: Up to 50% refund at the Artist’s discretion
▹ After lineart or coloring begins: No refund
▹ Refunds may be granted after work has started in cases of verified financial hardship.
V. Intellectual Property and Copyright
▹ The Artist retains full Intellectual Property rights and Copyright to all commissioned artwork.
▹ The Client retains ownership of their original character’s design and concept. This does not include ownership of the artwork itself. Usage rights are outlined in Section VIII.
▹ The Artist reserves the right to display the commissioned artwork for self-promotional purposes, including portfolios, websites, and social media.
▹ The Client must provide clear and legible credit (name and link) whenever the artwork is publicly displayed and may not claim authorship, ownership, or copyright of the commissioned artwork.
VI. Artwork Integrity and Modification
▹ The Client may not edit, alter, trace, filter, or significantly modify the commissioned artwork without the Artist’s explicit written consent.
▹ Minor adjustments required for presentation purposes (e.g., resizing or cropping for banners or thumbnails) are permitted, provided the artwork remains intact and the watermark/signature is not removed or obscured.
▹ The creation of derivative works using the artwork itself is not permitted unless explicitly licensed. This restriction does not apply to the Client’s ownership and continued use of their original character concept.
VII. Artificial Intelligence Usage
▹ The Client is expressly prohibited from using the commissioned artwork, or any portion thereof, for the training, input, or development of any artificial intelligence system, neural network, or machine learning model.
▹ This includes, but is not limited to, AI image generation, model training, or any algorithmic content reproduction. This restriction applies indefinitely and without exception.
VIII. Usage Licenses
Monetized-Content Use License (Default — Included)
This license is included in all commission prices unless otherwise stated.
Personal-use only applies to B/W Character Illustrations; monetized or commercial use is not permitted.
Permitted Use:
▹ Creation and distribution of digital content featuring the commissioned artwork on monetized or commercial platforms owned by the Client (e.g., social media, streaming platforms, personal websites).
▹ Use of the artwork for branding, promotional materials, or identity representation associated with the Client’s monetized presence.
Prohibited Use:
▹ Re-selling, sublicensing, or redistributing the artwork or deliverable files “as-is.”
▹ Creation or sale of value-added digital or physical products derived from the artwork.
▹ Claiming ownership, copyright, or authorship of the artwork.
Commercial / Resale License (Optional Upgrade)
This license is not included by default and must be purchased separately.
Permitted Use:
▹ Creation, sale, and distribution of value-added digital or physical products incorporating the commissioned artwork.
▹ Use of the artwork in commercial goods, publications, or products intended for resale.
Prohibited Use:
▹ Re-selling or distributing the commissioned artwork “as-is,” without substantial transformation or value-add.
▹ Claiming ownership, copyright, or authorship of the artwork.
Fee:
▹ Commercial license fees are calculated at 2–3× the base commission price, depending on scope and usage. Exclusive rights require separate negotiation.
IX. Adoptables and Custom Designs
▹ The Artist retains copyright to all adoptable and custom design artwork.
▹ The Client receives ownership of the character for personal use, including naming, backstory, and characterization.
▹ Minor modifications to the design are permitted, provided the character remains recognizable.
▹ Conversion to a closed species requires explicit permission from the Artist and the species owner.
▹ Designs may be resold only for the original purchase price plus the value of additional commissioned artwork.
▹ Reselling for profit is prohibited.
▹ Ownership transfers (sale, trade, gift) must be reported to the Artist.
▹ Co-ownership is permitted if all parties are documented and have contributed equally.
X. Watermarks and Crediting
The Artist’s watermark or signature must not be removed or obscured. Placement may be adjusted prior to final delivery if requested. Proper credit is required whenever the artwork is displayed.
XI. Acknowledgement
By submitting a commission request, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms outlined above.
